Lottie Byram: (She/Her) Cofounder of Circus District in Washington DC and an entrepreneurship program manager at the University of Maryland, Lottie is focused on improving how circus organizations function internally and how they are perceived externally. While fire poi spinning is her longest love, she has also been a social circus coach, evaluator, circus school manager, and briefly, house manager on a traveling show. As a circademic, she studies resilience and human development, and earned her masters in public health from the George Washington University with a thesis on social circus evaluation for youth violence prevention.
